Former North Dakota State Senator Ray Holmberg Pleads Guilty to Child Sex Abuse Plans

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Ray Holmberg, an 80-year-old former state senator from Grand Forks, North Dakota, has pleaded guilty to charges of traveling to Prague with the intent to sexually abuse a minor. Holmberg appeared in U.S. District Court in Fargo on Thursday, August 8, 2024, where Federal Judge Daniel Hovland accepted his guilty plea.
