we now have that big sandbagging effort underway in fisher minnesota on this monday morning this is halfway between crookston and grand forks this is along the red lake river they need to raise a low section of dike here the three to four feet on the east side of town i should say west side of town along the red lake river no gauge here but i’m told by a resident that a marker on the river shows the river is currently at a level uh nearing the historic 1997 flood we’ve got local volunteers on the scene national guard troops who were pulled into crookston here uh this morning last night are working and also a school bus we’ve got local students working on a sandbag operation here in fisher minnesota against the red lake river i’m neal carlson reporting for trfnews.i234.me
