here’s a wrap-up of first appearance felony charges in Polk County Court for this Thursday November 11th have an OP Agard of Mahnomen has been charged with two counts of felony assault in the first and third degree according to court records it was a fight over a TV remote control in the cellblock where APPA guard is an inmate apricot allegedly threw another inmate to the ground and the victim hit his head on the concrete floor and wall then appa guard punched him in the face and allegedly punched him a second time in the face and rainey carpenter of Inkster has been charged with felony possession of meth in a prohibited zone and a gross misdemeanor of DWI Wendy santeri of Manville has been also charged with felony possession of meth in a prohibited zone according to court documents officers watched on surveillance video as they pulled up in a car to Polk County Court and officers knew that Rainey carpenter did not have a license he was followed and pulled over in East Grand Forks in a search of the car allegedly found meth and Derek hoffland of Grand Forks is facing a felony possession of meth and prohibited zone charge in East Grand Forks also a gross misdemeanor driving while impaired according to court documents on November 5th a border patrol agent was conducting surveillance and saw a vehicle leave a residence and knew that hofland didn’t have a valid license he was pulled over and also his passenger had an open bottle of captain Morgan’s sticking out of her purse the vehicle was searched and hofland was searched and the officer allegedly found hofland was possession of a meth pipe that tested positive for meth and Mindy Aguilar of Crookston is facing charges of felony possession of meth in a prohibited zone gross misdemeanor possession of meth and misdemeanor theft according to court documents on November 5th police were dispatched to Adam’s Hardware in downtown Crookston for a report of a shoplifter Aguilar allegedly had a small package of screwdriver tips hidden up her sleeve and police also allegedly found a meth pipe in her backpack that tested positive for meth and finally Cameron Munger of Neillsville is facing a felony possession of meth charge a Munger allegedly got in trouble with his probation agent he was supposed to be living at a Crookston address but he was found in Neillsville and a search allegedly found meth I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
