we had a fire call in rural grand forks on this saturday afternoon this would be uh nine miles west of grand forks uh straight west under merger about three miles east of emirato uh here’s the fire call for emirato at uh just before 2 p.m on this saturday altru amaretto fire ultra emerald fire central to call 1727 cedar street northeast for a residential structure fire we’ve had multiple calls now i just talked with assistant amaretto fire chief jake lanes who said it was the uh deck platform around a swimming pool he says it was a totally destroyed but no injuries uh assistant chief lane says apparently there were some fireworks stashed on there and caught fire from either smoldering or what happened isn’t exactly for sure but fireworks apparently started a fire and the deck platform around a swimming pool was destroyed no injuries and no other structures were damaged i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
