FERTILE, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The Polk County Fair is underway in Fertile, Minnesota.
neil carlson down here in uh fertile minnesota for the start of the polk county fair joining me is uh mike moore so we’re starting here with wednesday at noon how long’s this thing around it runs through uh sunday july 10th so what’s going on this year what’s going on well uh tonight there’s going to be a rodeo uh starting at seven o’clock rodeo again tomorrow night will be the second half um we got a chocolate baking contest starting at 6 30 on the free stage we’ve got croquet tonight starting at eight till eleven uh the midway 23 24 rides state fair quality rides are starting at five o’clock tonight and uh we’ll run until about midnight and uh yeah it’s uh there’s a lot of stuff every day all the way through sunday oh yeah it’s jam-packed pre-stages operating talent show uh baja racing demolition derby uh i mean we’ve got big big name old old-time stuff schmalewskis are coming the sherwin linton is coming all right yeah and everybody likes this part what’s the admission cost it’s free all right and if people want to find out more when they can plan you guys are online look at the polk county fair fertilemin.com all right thank you thank you neil appreciate it
