Fertile, Polk County (trfnews.i234.me) — Chase William Donaldson, 28, of Fertile, faces felony drug charges. A criminal complaint outlines the allegations.
What the complaint alleges
Deputies served a search warrant on February 4, 2026. The warrant targeted a home on Center Avenue South in Fertile. The address is in the 45600 block.
Court records say the search was part of a larger cocaine case. The same records mention Alex Oliver Lee Kaiser.
Donaldson arrived at the home during the search, the complaint says. Investigators interviewed him at the scene. They say he admitted he knew about cocaine deliveries. He also allegedly said he delivered cocaine for a supplier.
The complaint describes a delivery pattern. It says Donaldson transported cocaine from Kaiser to his mother. It also says he delivered amounts from two grams to one ounce. The complaint says this happened more than once. It says the activity spanned about a year.
Investigators found suspected drugs during the search, records say. They also seized firearms and ammunition. A 9mm pistol and several rifles were listed. Donaldson allegedly claimed the 9mm pistol was his.
A urine sample was collected, the complaint says. It reportedly tested positive for cocaine. Donaldson was arrested and taken to jail.
