Felony Domestic Violence Cases – Cass County, ND

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A quick review of recent felony-level charges filed in Cass County District Court shows several serious incidents of violence and unlawful entry in Fargo.

Tristan D. Rogers of Fargo has been charged with felony domestic violence. According to court documents, he allegedly choked his roommate outside a Fargo bar multiple times after the two got into an argument.

Aldridge Juty, also of Fargo, faces charges of felony attempted domestic violence and misdemeanor false information to law enforcement. An officer on scene reportedly heard a woman yell for help and Juty threaten to kill her. He later gave police a false name.

Paul Joseph White of Fargo has been charged with unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers responded to a disturbance on November 2 and found him inside a car that did not belong to him.

Max Andrew Woltmann, another Fargo resident, faces felony terrorizing, domestic violence, and misdemeanor domestic assault charges. Police were called to a Fargo residence on November 3 after a woman reported a physical altercation in which Woltmann allegedly placed his hands on her neck.

All four cases are being prosecuted in Cass County District Court.
