Felony Burglary Charge After No Trespass Order

BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A misdemeanor shoplifting charge is now felony Burglary after a Bemidji man allegedly violated a No Trespass order at a Walmart in that town.

Todd Douglas Miller Jr, a 42-year-old resident of Bemidji, has been charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor trespassing. Court documents show that Miller had been served a no-trespass order from the Bemidji Walmart in July 2022. On 22nd May, the Bemidji police responded to the Walmart again, where Miller admitted to shoplifting two shirts. Because of the existing no-trespass order, he is facing a felony-level burglary charge.

  1. I never truly believed people purchased clothes at WalMart. I wouldn't steal their clothes but I never considered buying them either. I don't even dress very nice but certainly better than that. It just seems a criminal would at least go to Kohl's or something.
