Wow. The feds involved in an Xbox robbery? Teenagers gonna go down hard over a stupid thing they have done. This appears to be clear cut racism. A 22 rifle I guess brought them intp it but teenagers make bad decisions all the time and most get some leeway and understanding of youthful idiocy. I sure hope we as a society do not overly punish children for stupid decisions. Was anybody hurt? I know these people on the red lake rez. many are decent and yes there are some who are influenced by city gang culture. This action may further bring about radicalization of a people who have been beaten down and isolated into submission in which there hate and resentment grows and the people around them become worried about there safety. Further punishment is not the answer. Giving them dignity and purpose with a healthy dose of understanding ahould be the way we go. Empathy matters.
