CASS COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA (trfnews.i234.me) – Two men have now been indicted on federal Bank Larceny charges in connection with a January 7 burglary at Bank North in Arthur, ND.
Cass County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an active alarm around 2:15 a.m. and found the ATM had been forcibly accessed. A high-speed pursuit followed, leading to the arrest of three suspects.
Tucker St. Croix and Zachary Huesers have now been federally charged and are scheduled to face a jury trial on July 22 in Fargo.
This dramatic overnight incident is now unfolding in federal court with serious implications for the suspects involved.
