Regardless of what happened prior, there is witnesses and people on seen that told the officer over and over again that the man was not visibly breathing. They made no attempt to check for vitals, and murdered that man in front of America. If they don't get charged with murder, American trust in police will again be damaged.
It's also possible the black man was being arrested for stuff he did the day before that the cop didn't see.

He didn't die "later on.. his way to the hospital"…he died right there and then in front of Everyone to see and the world at large watching the footage..!!!!
