FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – On July 23rd at approximately 8:00 p.m., Oniba Karlo of Fargo allegedly entered a woman’s apartment and falsely claimed to be a police officer. According to court documents, Karlo refused to leave the apartment after being asked multiple times. During the incident, one of the victims managed to take a photo of Karlo and threatened to call the police, prompting his departure. Karlo has been arrested and is facing felony charges for criminal trespass and a misdemeanor for impersonating a police officer.
