A tragic single-vehicle rollover crash on Highway 22, approximately 17 miles north of Killdeer, claimed the life of 24-year-old Bradley Abrahamson of Bowman, North Dakota. The accident was reported at 9:25 AM MT on September 22, 2024.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Abrahamson was driving a 2004 Ford F350 southbound when the vehicle veered off the west shoulder. After overcorrecting, the truck crossed both lanes and entered the east ditch, overturning down an embankment. Abrahamson, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
Agencies involved in the response included the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Dunn County Sheriff’s Office, West Dunn Fire, and Killdeer Ambulance. The crash is still under investigation.
