Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo woman is now facing a felony charge after a shocking incident involving an uninvited entry into a family’s home where a child was present.
According to court records, on June 14th at approximately 12:35 p.m., a Fargo couple living on the 2800 block of 12th Street South reported that an unknown woman entered their residence without permission. The intruder was later identified as Sara Marie Olson.
The family, who had no prior knowledge of Olson, said she entered a sunroom, where their daughter was present at the time. She then left the residence, but was promptly located and arrested by Fargo police.
The homeowner provided police with Ring camera footage capturing Olson walking into the sunroom area, further strengthening the case for felony criminal trespass.
