Clay County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo woman is facing serious felony charges after a high-speed chase and foot pursuit in Dilworth culminated in a K-9 apprehension and significant drug seizure.
According to court documents, on May 11, Ally B. Berger fled from a traffic stop initiated by Dilworth police. After abandoning her vehicle, she attempted to escape on foot despite multiple warnings that a police K-9 would be deployed. K-9 Goose was released and quickly apprehended Berger.
A subsequent search revealed Berger had approximately 55 grams of methamphetamine, 8 grams of cocaine, various other drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
Berger now faces four felony charges: first-degree sale of methamphetamine, first-degree possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle.
