FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Becca Breann Phillips of Fargo is now facing serious drug trafficking charges following an April raid on her apartment. Agents from the Cass County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 4201 18th Avenue South, Apartment 304, on April 4th. During the raid, agents seized 117 grams of M30 fentanyl pills, 6 grams of suspected fentanyl powder, and a gram of heroin.
Phillips told agents that her source for the drugs was a man from Minneapolis, listed in her phone contacts as “my guy.” She admitted to relapsing after completing drug court for previous drug charges. Phillips now faces five felony charges, including possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession of different drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
