Fargo Woman Faces Felony Charges for 4th Shoplifting Arrest

Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo woman has been arrested for the fourth time on shoplifting charges and is now facing six felony counts. Sarah L. Gerraughty, 32, was taken into custody on December 9th at 1:55 p.m. after fleeing West Acres Mall with stolen merchandise worth $132.

Gerraughty stole items from two stores within the mall before being apprehended. After her arrest, law enforcement discovered she had methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in her possession, alongside the stolen items.

Multiple Felony Charges

Gerraughty now faces four felony charges for theft of property, due to this being her fourth shoplifting offense. Additionally, she faces two more felony charges for possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
