Fargo Woman Charged with Felony After Allegedly Assaulting ER Nurse

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Lisa R. Miller of Fargo is facing a felony charge for allegedly assaulting a nurse in the emergency department of a Fargo hospital.

According to court documents, the incident occurred on August 17th when a nurse was checking Miller’s vitals.

During the check, Miller allegedly punched the nurse twice in the stomach.

As a result, Miller has been charged with felony simple assault on an emergency worker, a serious charge reflecting the protection of healthcare workers in such environments.
