FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Angela Decoteau of Fargo has been charged with felony theft of property. According to court records, on May 11th, a man reported forgetting his wallet on the counter of a Fargo gas station. When he returned a minute later, it was gone. He noticed a woman sitting in her van in the parking lot and noted her license plate before she sped away. The investigation led to Angela Decoteau. Police say surveillance video shows her taking the wallet off the counter and placing it in a plastic bag she was holding.
