Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo woman is facing a felony charge after an alleged break-in and criminal trespass incident late last month.
Jennefer B. Zacharison, of Fargo, is charged with felony criminal trespass, according to court documents.
Police Called to Home
According to the documents, Fargo police were dispatched on December 28 at about 8:18 p.m.
Officers were sent to a home after a report of someone inside the residence.
When officers arrived, police say they saw a woman running from the home.
Officers arrested Zacharison, according to the complaint.
Basement Window Allegation
Police reported that a basement window had been broken out.
Investigators believe the broken window was used to gain entry into the home.
Court documents say the couple inside the home was not injured.
However, police noted the female resident was very upset after the incident.
Felony Charge Filed
Zacharison now faces a felony criminal trespass charge in Fargo.
The case will move through the court process in Cass County, North Dakota.
