Fargo, Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo woman is facing two felony charges after a reported domestic incident early Sunday morning.
What court documents say
According to court documents, officers responded to a residence in Fargo on February 2 at about 3:08 a.m. after a domestic call.
The documents state that Farrah Dawn Swain, of Fargo, found an explicit photo of a male on the victim’s phone. The victim is described as a female.
Swain is accused of slapping the victim multiple times. The documents also allege Swain bit the victim on the forehead. The report further claims Swain choked the victim during the incident.
Court records also say Swain threw the victim’s laptop outside. The laptop was reportedly left in a snowbank.

Charges filed
Swain is now charged with two felony counts of domestic violence. She is also charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief, according to the filing.
Criminal charges are accusations. A defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
