According to police, the female victim left her car running to warm up while she went inside the store. As she was walking back, she witnessed the car being backed up and driven away.
Police Pursuit & Arrest
🔹 Officers quickly located the stolen vehicle.
🔹 Norquay attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended.
🔹 She has been charged with felony theft of property and misdemeanor refusal to halt.
Ongoing Investigation
