a 40-year-old Cheryl Smeltzer of Fargo has been charged with felony theft in Dilworth Minnesota according to court documents at February 1st she had already been trespassed from all Walmart stores because of an earlier theft in Fargo then when her card was declined at this Dilworth Walmart she allegedly continued to walk out the door with a vacuum cleaner and other merchandise valued at $624 I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news .tv
