FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo teenager, Mario Lighthall, has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a shooting near Ed Clapp Elementary School last July. The 19-year-old will serve two years before becoming eligible for probation. His charges include aggravated assault, terrorizing, and reckless endangerment, all involving a dangerous weapon.
Lighthall has already served 260 days in jail, which will count towards his sentence. As part of his plea deal, he must forfeit a 9mm pistol and ammunition and is prohibited from contacting the victim. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. Three other individuals were also arrested and charged in connection with the case.
