FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Carter Hammer, a 19-year-old from Fargo, is now facing nine felony charges related to gun threats and sexual assault across three separate incidents.
According to court records, Hammer allegedly brandished a gun or BB gun at a group of people on University Drive in Fargo on Monday, leading to four felony charges of terrorizing.
Another incident on July 21st involved Hammer threatening a group in Harwood with a gun, resulting in four more felony terrorizing charges.
Additionally, in March, Hammer reportedly displayed a gun to a 14-year-old girl in his car before allegedly engaging in sexual activity with her, leading to a Class A felony charge of gross sexual imposition.
