Fargo, Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — Three people were hurt in a Friday night crash in south Fargo.
The crash happened at 6:40 p.m. on February 13, 2026. It was at 45th Street and 49th Avenue South. Officials called it a T-bone crash.
Crash details
The North Dakota Highway Patrol said a 2015 Nissan Rogue was traveling east on 49th Avenue South. The driver entered 45th Street at a stop sign. A 2018 Ford F-150 was traveling south on 45th Street.
The Ford struck the Nissan on the driver’s side in the intersection. Both vehicles then crossed the northbound lanes. They came to rest in the southeast corner of the intersection.
Injuries and medical transport
The Nissan driver, a 22-year-old Fargo woman, was injured. Her passenger, a 20-year-old Fargo woman, had minor injuries. Both were taken to Sanford Medical Center.
The Ford’s driver, a 17-year-old West Fargo male, was not injured. His passenger, a 17-year-old West Fargo male, was injured. He was taken to Essentia Health.

Investigation continues
Road and weather conditions were reported as good. Seat belt use in the Nissan is under investigation. Seat belts were reported in use in the Ford. Charges are also under review.
The Highway Patrol said the crash remains under investigation. Troopers will review reports, damage, and witness statements. Updates may be released later.
Agencies on scene included the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the Fargo Police Department, and the Fargo Fire Department. Sanford Ambulance also responded.
