FARGO (trfnews.i234.me) — A 28-year-old Fargo man was arrested early Saturday after police say he refused to leave a home during a domestic violence investigation.
Police said officers were called to the 2700 block of 10th Avenue North at about 1:20 a.m.
Officers were responding to a reported domestic incident, police said.
Police say probable cause was found
During the investigation, police said they developed probable cause to arrest Ethan Erickson, 28.
Police said Erickson refused to exit the residence when officers tried to take him into custody.
Police did not describe what was said inside the home.
Police also did not release more details about what led to the call.

SWAT team activated

Police also cited Erickson’s criminal history as a factor in the decision.
With SWAT assistance, Erickson was taken into custody without incident, police said.
No officers were reported hurt during the arrest.
Charges and jail status
Erickson is being held at the Cass County Jail, police said.
Police listed three charges: terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence, and terrorizing.
