a man has been charged with assault for an attack February 15th on the 400 block of Broadway in Fargo according to court documents police reviewed a surveillance camera footage and watched a man who was now identified as eulalee O Abal inton jr. sucker punch another man and then stopped on his head the police report states ed ball inton was spotted and arrested later wearing the same clothing as recorded by the surveillance camera he’s now facing a felony charge of aggravated assault I’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
