Fargo, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) — The Fargo Police Department continues to investigate a second shooting that happened Saturday afternoon.

Police Respond to Another Shooting

At about 4:42 p.m. Saturday, police answered a call about gunshots in the 2100 block of University Drive South. Officers found no one at the scene when they arrived. All people had left the area before police got there.

Police say a local medical facility confirmed a man came in for treatment after he was shot. The adult victim had non‑life‑threatening injuries.

Victim and Suspect Likely Known

Investigators believe the people involved knew each other. Police have not said the second shooting is linked to an earlier Saturday morning shooting in Fargo.

The earlier incident left one man in the hospital and one suspect in custody. In that case, the suspect was charged with aggravated assault. You can read more about aggravated assault charges on the FBI website.
