Fargo voters said no to a 20year sales and lodging tax increase in a special election on Tuesday by a vote of 4,122 yes for 52% of the vote to 3,846 no for 48% of the vote it needed a 60% majority to pass it did not the project is no for now the money collected from the tax would have been used to fund $140 million renovation at the Fargo Dome plus a 990,000 square F foot uh Convention Center I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
