Fargo Resident Faces Gross Sexual Imposition Charges

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Fargo man has been charged with Gross Sexual Imposition. Garrett Wade Byrd allegedly sexually assaulted a woman at a Fargo apartment.
Garrett Wade bird of Fargo has been charged with gross sexual imposition according to court documents at 407 a.m. on February 1st police responded to a Fargo apartment for a report of a sexual assault it was reported Byrd had been with a group at a bar drinking they returned to the apartment and bird was left alone in a room with a victim Byrd allegedly began to hit on the victim stating come on baby and you’re so pretty the victim stood up to walk away and Byrd allegedly pushed her to the floor straddled her and began groping her breasts and vagina over her clothes she told him to stop multiple times he did stop when another female entered the room and he got up and left the residence Garrett Wade Byrd has been charged with a Class A felony of gross sexual imposition I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
