The female victim reported that Bronson Bolduc attempted to strangle her three times, impeding her breathing and nearly causing unconsciousness. Officers observed red marks on her neck, consistent with her account. The victim stated she subsequently inflicted a self-injury with scissors due to the stress of the altercation. Bolduc claimed they were arguing and that he only restrained her after she attempted self-harm, denying any strangulation. He stated he bandaged her cut after she dropped the scissors. Based on the victim’s injuries, which corroborated her statement, Bolduc was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
