The incident involved an argument between two individuals who were acquainted, which escalated to one person being shot. The victim sustained a non-life-threatening injury and was transported to a local medical facility.
By 8:00 p.m., officers located the suspect at his residence on the 4000 block of 34th Avenue South, where he was detained. There is currently no ongoing threat to the public. The investigation is still underway, and further details will be provided as they become available.
