FARGO (trfnews.i234.me) – Fargo police are actively searching for a suspect following a stabbing that occurred early Saturday morning. Officers were dispatched to the 3700 block of 18th St. S. around 5:20 a.m. and discovered a man with a stab wound to his leg. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, and his condition remains unknown.
Authorities have identified a potential suspect and are working to locate them. According to the Fargo Police Department, there is no ongoing threat to the public.
A blood trail suggests the stabbing may have taken place approximately seven blocks north of the scene. Fargo Fire Department crews were called to clean blood from sidewalks and park benches in the area.
