FARGO (trfnews.i234.me) – A report of a sexual assault led Fargo police to the Rodeway Inn on University Drive South early Friday morning. Sgt. Michael Anderson stated that officers responded to the 4100 block of 4th Avenue S at approximately 7:30 a.m. The victim reported being sexually assaulted at the hotel and mentioned that another individual might be held against their will in the same room.

Police attempted to make contact by phone, but after failing to reach anyone, they secured a search warrant. The ensuing operation involved multiple officers, squad cars, and a K-9 unit at the hotel, located south of I-94.

Upon executing the search warrant, police arrested 42-year-old Allison Marie Ledoux, who has no permanent address, on charges of felonious restraint and terrorizing. Ledoux was taken to the Cass County Jail, and further charges may follow.

No arrests have been made in connection to the sexual assault case, which remains under investigation.
