Fargo Police Officer and Family Reportedly Threatened with Death

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Fargo man is facing a long string of criminal charges, after allegedly threatening to kill a Fargo police officer and his family.
this man GMO Garcia Jr allegedly threatened to kill a Fargo police officer and his family according to court documents on November 30th police responded to a disturbance in the parking lot of the Empire Bar a witness stated Garcia kicked his driver’s side mirror off and began punching his window unprovoked officers put Garcia on the ground and he repeatedly yelled threats at the officers at one point threatening to headbutt an officer and spitting in his face an officer went on to report Garcia turned toward him and stated he would like to cut him asking if he had any family members or kids he would kill them as well GMO Garcia Jr has been charged with two counts of terrorizing contact by bodily fluids preventing arrest possession of fentanyl uh criminal mischief and refusal to Halt I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
