Fargo Police Discover Kidnapping Victim Lying Outside Station

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Fargo Kidnapping victim was found lying on the ground by the Fargo Police Station. A West Fargo man is facing string of charges, including Kidnapping. The identity of another man involved in the case has not been determined yet.
Brian Allan mondor of West Fargo is facing a kidnapping charge the male victim was found lying in the parking lot on the east side of the Fargo police department at 12:31 a.m. on Wednesday according to court documents he was laying on the asphalt with a yellow rope next to him he told police he had just jumped out of a moving vehicle after being tied up in the bed of a truck the victim said he’d been sleeping in his vehicle in a storage unit when mondor pulled him out of the vehicle the victim knew mondor from prison the victim says mondor was accompanied by a woman and another man who were wearing bandanas over their faces the victim says mondor pointed a gun at him and stated where’s his backpack he says then the other man hit him in the stomach with a baseball bat the victim says he was tied up and thrown into the back of the truck and jumped out by the police station mondor was eventually arrested with 252 G of Meth the identity of the other man has not been determined yet Brian mondor now charged with kidnapping terrorizing possession of methan paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon a machete I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
