FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Early this morning, Fargo police responded to a report of a sexual assault that initially occurred at a different location. At 7:25 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of 4th Avenue South. The victim reported that the assault took place at a hotel located at 2200 South University Drive. Additionally, there were concerns that another individual might be held against their will in the same hotel room.
Upon arriving at the hotel, officers attempted to reach the occupants of the room by phone without success. A search warrant was obtained, allowing police to enter the room. Two individuals were detained without incident. The case is still under investigation, and no further details are available at this time.
