FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – On Sunday night, a suspect was taken into custody following a stabbing incident under the First Avenue North Bridge. At approximately 9:09 p.m., Fargo police responded to reports of a male victim stabbed in the head at an encampment. According to Sergeant Hebert of the Fargo Police Department, the victim had an altercation with another male, identified as Anthony Patrick Jensen, 38, who subsequently hit and stabbed him with a knife, causing minor injuries.
Sanford ambulance and Fargo fire personnel provided medical treatment to the victim at the scene, but he refused transportation to a local hospital. Jensen, who has no permanent address, was arrested for aggravated assault and is currently held at the Cass County Jail. The incident remains under investigation.
