Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) ā Formal charges have been filed against Philip Parks in a Saturday robbery case in Fargo. Parks is 36. He has no permanent address listed.
Robbery report at Fargo business
Fargo police say officers responded at about 10:16 a.m. Saturday. The call came from a business in the 4500 block of 19th Avenue South.
Staff reported a robbery, police said. Staff reported the suspect assaulted an employee. Staff also reported that money was taken. Police said the suspect left in a vehicle.
The employee was taken to a local medical facility. Police said the injuries were not life-threatening.

Vehicle found, then a later arrest
Investigators later identified the suspect as Philip Parks, police said. At about 12:03 p.m., officers located the suspect vehicle. Police said it was in the 200 block of NP Avenue.
Officers conducted a traffic stop, police said. Parks was not in the vehicle, according to police.
Police said two occupants were arrested during that stop. They were Leroy Manning, 37, of Fargo. They were also Lena Fogle, 37, of Fargo.
Police said those arrests involved drug paraphernalia allegations. The robbery case remained under investigation.
At about 3:48 p.m., officers located Parks, police said. Police said he was in the 700 block of A Street North. Parks was arrested and booked into jail.
What charges mean
Police said Parks was arrested for robbery. Court filings will list the final counts. Court records can also list bond and hearing dates.
