Fargo, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo man with active warrants is now facing even more criminal charges after a chaotic early-morning confrontation with police in a known high-crime area of the city.
According to court documents, on March 22nd at approximately 3:20 a.m., officers were patrolling near 625 21st Street South, an area flagged for frequent criminal activity. That’s when they encountered Leroy Richard Miller.
When approached, Miller allegedly forced his way into an apartment in an attempt to flee officers. Police pursued and say Miller struggled with them during the arrest, resulting in a physical altercation.
Miller, who already had active warrants, is now facing three additional felony charges:
