Fargo Nightmare: Drunk Driver Slams Into Home While Residents Sleep!

Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — In the early hours of Friday morning, residents in Fargo were startled awake when a car plowed into their home at approximately 1:13 a.m., according to Sergeant Alex Nelson.

Police were dispatched to the 700 block of 2nd Street North, where they discovered Catherine Falconnier, 35, of Moorhead, behind the wheel of the crashed vehicle. Falconnier reportedly admitted to drinking alcohol at a liquor establishment before losing control of her car and crashing into the home.

Miraculously, no one inside the home was injured, though the building sustained minor structural damage. Falconnier suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local facility for treatment.

She was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and also cited for operating without insurance and failure to control a motor vehicle.
