Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Police in Fargo arrested two suspects after a vehicle crash with injuries turned into a search for fleeing occupants on Saturday, June 14, around 7:45 p.m. in the 600 block of 10th Street North.

Witnesses told officers they saw a man and a woman flee the crash scene. Police quickly found the female suspect, 33-year-old Miranda Risberg, in the 800 block of 7th Avenue North. She was identified as the driver and arrested for:

  • Possession of methamphetamine

  • Drug paraphernalia

  • Multiple traffic violations

At the same time, officers located the male suspect, 27-year-old Shelby Whitt, in the 800 block of 12th Avenue North. Whitt was already being sought for a June 10 incident and had several outstanding warrants, including:

  • Felony reckless endangerment

  • Leaving the scene of an accident

  • Failure to appear in court

  • Fleeing from a peace officer

  • Drug paraphernalia possession

Both are now in custody, facing multiple charges.
