Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Daniel Scott has pleaded not guilty to five serious charges related to a violent incident inside the Old Broadway bar on April 27. Charges include:

Robbery with a dangerous weapon

Reckless endangerment

Aggravated assault

Unlawful possession of a firearm

Violation of a protection order
Police say at 12:45 a.m., surveillance video captured Scott striking a man on the back of the head with a pistol before chasing him outside. He then allegedly fired a shot at the ground during the pursuit.
The victim later reported the assault at Essentia Hospital around 1:25 a.m. Scott was arrested an hour later during a traffic stop for driving without headlights.
The case is ongoing.
