Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A West Fargo man is facing several charges after allegedly fleeing from the scene of a Sunday morning shooting and murder on the 50 block of North Broadway in downtown Fargo.
According to court documents, Kengi Moses Jr. of Fargo was reportedly armed when he entered a vehicle driven by the West Fargo man as they fled the scene. Moses later exited the vehicle and was arrested during a separate probation search at his residence, where a handgun was recovered.
The driver has been charged with fleeing, reckless endangerment, and driving under revocation. At this time, authorities have not linked him to the actual shooting incident.
Meanwhile, Kengi Moses Jr. has been charged with felony unlawful possession of a firearm due to a prior conviction. However, no charges related to the shootings have been filed against him as of now.
