A man charged in a fatal Fargo shooting has changed his plea.

Patrick Martin was arrested on Jan. 14, 2025, court records show.

He was first charged with two counts of murder.

He was also charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.

The shooting happened on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024.

It was reported at the Summers at Osgood Apartments.

The location is in the 4500 block of 47th Street South in Fargo.

Court documents say Martin and Steven Burrell went to the victim’s apartment.

Documents say a third man went with them.

Documents say they planned to rob the victim.

The victim was identified as Rahsaan Wilson.

Documents say Burrell believed Wilson had robbed him before.
