Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — On May 10, 2025, Fargo police responded to reports of a fight in a parking lot. Upon arrival, officers found Carl R. Charley engaged in a physical altercation with another individual. When officers instructed Charley to cease, he allegedly refused. As an officer attempted to detain him by grabbing his arm, Charley reportedly threw the officer to the ground.
Following the incident, Charley struggled with multiple officers before being subdued and handcuffed. He now faces charges of felony simple assault and misdemeanor preventing arrest.
