Fargo, Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — A shocking early morning incident has landed Jonathan Sutton of Fargo behind bars. According to court documents, on March 26th at 6:15 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance at a Fargo residence where a woman claimed Sutton threatened to shoot her and “shoot up the building.”
The situation turned violent as Sutton allegedly hurled multiple rocks at the windows, causing an estimated $2,400 in property damage. The act led to felony charges of terrorizing and criminal mischief being filed against him.
Authorities quickly arrived on scene and took Sutton into custody. The building sustained significant damage, and the threats have raised alarm in the community as investigations continue.
