Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — On May 14, 2025, at approximately 11:30 p.m., a woman reported to Fargo police that while she was dumpster diving along Robert Street North in downtown Fargo, a man approached her and asked for a ride. When she declined, the man, later identified as Timothy Frye II of Fargo, allegedly entered her running, locked vehicle and drove away.
Authorities located and arrested Frye shortly thereafter. He has been charged with felony theft of property.
