Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man is facing multiple charges after allegedly threatening someone with a gun in downtown Fargo and making disturbing claims involving gangs and federal agents.
According to court documents, Rick A. Olson was arrested on July 12th following an incident at Broadway Square. A male victim and another witness told police that Olson pulled a .45 caliber Glock handgun and stated, “I’ll shoot you.” He was located and arrested nearby.
Police say Olson was found in possession of methamphetamine and made rambling statements, including claims that a U.S. Marshal gave him the gun and that he was being stalked by the Hell’s Angels and a Mexican cartel.
Olson is now charged with:
